Ingredients:
1\4 cup pistachios (blanched, peeled and chopped), 16 prunes (this is special type of plum that can be dried), four tablespoon cream cheese, two tablespoon powdered sugar, two cups molten chocolate.
Method:
Mix pistachios and cream cheese add powdered sugar and set aside. Make pockets in the prune and stuff them with the prepared pistachio mixture. Prick each prune with a toothpick. Dip each stuffed prune in molten chocolate holding the toothpick so that it is evenly coated with the syrupy chocolate. Place on butter paper. Refrigerate prepared chocolates for about 15 minutes and serve, once the chocolate sets in like a layer of crispy crust.
This pista chocolate is easy to make at home. Combination of pista and chocolate with dried fruit has perfect source of energy in winter. This delights must be prepare at festival season. I tried this pista chocolate at home. It’s easy to make with in few minutes. Festival time I use to prepare this pista chocolate.
